Most of contemporary art springs off or is produced in the big cities. The city has become a sophisticated lab for innovative “points of view”. To interpret the work from an absolute perspective is not only impossible but also not desirable. The way of looking at art has to be guided to be able to choose among the different tendencies that are offered to us nowadays

The rapid development of real estate in Miami in the last decade is a fact as it is the crisis that this sector is suffering. Miami had its urbanity plans ready to mark the difference in design with other metropolis. Can Miami continue with this shaking rhythm that has been carrying on without negatively affecting its ecological system and the environment?
