Caponata Argamacho
Trío is
an instrumental ensemble which creates a direct and personal vision of
music which is not easily defined due to the
diversity which has influenced it. Its style is contemporary,
although influenced by a variety of different musical
disciplines like jazz, rock, clasical music or
flamenco.
They are an unprecedented band resulting from the
fusion of Soprano Saxophone, Nacho Gil;
Electric bass, Mangu Díaz and viola, Rafael F. Viedma.
The band maintains close ties with the master
flamenco guitarist, Juan Antonio Suárez “Canito”
who
has collaborated with them to develop a repertoire
which can fall into the category of “Flamenco chamber music”.
