Professor Héctor Darío Pastora is the head of Department of Latin-American literature expert in Ruben Dario themes and studies. He was the director of International relations and Ruben Dario's head of Department of the Ministry of Education and Culture of Nicaragua.
He was the attaché of Culture and Press of the Consulate General of Nicaragua in Miami. At the moment he is the President of "Movimiento Mundial Dariano" with headquarters in Miami Dade. This association groups 47 "Institutos Darianos". Professor Darío Pastora has been recognized because of his academic and cultural work; among all the acknowledgments he received "The Rubén Darío Order", one of the most important of the Nicaraguan Republic.
